FreeNAS is used everywhere, for the home, small business, and the enterprise.

Kris Moore has been with iXsystems for over a decade, during that time he has been an open-source advocate / developer working on projects such as PC-BSD and TrueOS. In the past year he has stepped into the leadership of the FreeNAS project and been elected to the FreeBSD core team.
